Bibhanshu Rai is from Siwan, Bihar. Passed out from State institute of film & TV, Rohtak Haryana in Film Direction. He belongs to Siwan Bihar. He made his degree film in his own regional language i.e Bhojpuri. His further plan is to keep making movies in his own region & will try to create a new wave in Bhojpuri cinema.
