Making Textbooks Feminist is conceptualised by Dipta Bhog and produced by Shabani Hassanwalia for The Third Eye, and is directed by Sonali Ghosh with the Jamun Collective.
The Third Eye is a bilingual feminist think tank working on gender, sexuality, technology and education, powered by Nirantar Trust. It lives online at www.thethirdeyeportal.in and www.thethirdeyehindi.in.
Jamun Collective is a creative media collective dedicated to creating stories both visually engaging and thought provoking. We approach all our projects whether collaborative or original, with a strong attention to detail and curiosity in order to find the right voice and vision for each narrative. Jamun is the culmination of a unique partnership between Director Ayesha Sood and Producer Udayan Baijal. After expansive careers in feature films, television, and international cinema, they decided to create a platform for developing the kind of content they wished to see in the Indian landscape.
