Set against the backdrop of the historic 'Bhanga Mela' ( a fair of old items ) in Mathurapur, this experimental short film explores a unique culture of recycle - reuse and survival that quietly resists modern consumerism. Through fragmented visuals, discarded objects, human gestures, ambient sounds and interview of sellers the film observes a fair where abandoned and second-hand items are given new life.
