Reena Mohan has been directing, producing and editing documentary films for almostfour decades, working out of India, Dubai, Kathmandu and London. Her work has been recognised in many national and international film forums, and over the years, she has received three National Awards for creative excellence from the President of India.
She conducts workshops on documentary practice, curates for film festivals, and has been a jury member at documentary film festivals in India and abroad. She was Co-Director of the IAWRT Asian Women's Film Festival, New Delhi, for several years.
She is a former Managing Trustee of the India Chapter of the International Association of Women in Radio and Television (IAWRT) and is currently a Board Member of IAWRT International.
Reena received the IDSFFK Lifetime Achievement Award for documentaries in August 2022.
