As the name suggests, this film is an unhinged look at the cost of development. It explores what is known as the IT hub of Pune, Hinjawadi, through an unflinching lens; juxtaposing the heights of development against the stacks of waste that it generates. It aims to expose how the people who aim to develop places into metropolises often never plan for how it affects the people on the lowest rungs of society.
